The exhibition
The Design Observeur 11 exhibition opened its doors on 9 November 2010 at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie and is scheduled to close on 13 March 2011.
The Design Observeur 11 inauguration and award ceremony took place on 8 November 2010 in front of more than 1,400 people.
The exhibition design offers an interpretation of the colour chart.
“We thought of a simple classification of objects by colour following a logical and harmonious scenario.
Visitors are free to walk around intuitively, and the classification is methodical and comparative.
This concentric layout gives you both an overview of the objects on show, a kind of coloured map of the Design Observeur 11.
The pleasure of colour and shape adds to the pleasure of observation and analysis through a more detailed approach.
Each object is systematically questioned, put into perspective, to better tell its story.”
