Wiser Collection, système de gestion intelligente de l’énergie et du confort dans la maison
Instructions for use
Wiser Collection is a wireless energy and comfort smart management system for the home controlled locally or remotely. It is comprised of seven elements which allow consumers to display and control their energy consumption by item of equipment (heating, lighting, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) and by room. The web and smartphone interfaces enable the control and supervision of elements comprising Wiser Collection, locally or on the move. This system should enable savings of up to 30% on energy bills.
Background
Schneider Electric launched a competition limited to 4 design agencies in order to define the identity and ergonomics of a group of equipment intended to optimise electricity consumption. The Mathieu Lehanneur SINCE 1974 agency was chosen after it presented the approach backed by drawings to the international decision-makers of Schneider Electric. The Attoma agency was designated as a partner for design of the interface and the UX approach.

The specific feature of the Wiser Collection resides in the fact that each device is fitted with its own collection system and, more especially, their capacity to communicate between themselves. The specific intelligence of each is therefore supplemented by the collective intelligence generated by the entire system.
